Self-love is all part of your Divine journey…Energy is what moves us, and it is real. Energy affects our lives even if we don’t see it.
Practicing self-love is essential to managing your energy that will move you forward with grace and ease. As you deepen your appreciation for ALL of you, and only you are the expert about who you are, what you do and what you feel, so embrace it all. Remember, there is no shame in loving all your emotional expressions, that is what makes you interesting.
As you love All of you INjoy the journey of significant change in your favor. 😉

Questions to live by;
What are the most loving things I can do for myself? How high can I take myself? Where can I take my self-love to the next level? Can I really embrace that I am worth giving self-love to myself as I give my love away to others?

Often we think of how we can please others first. Today find ways that you can comfortably put yourself first in a loving, kind and accepting way. Remember, if you can give this kind of love to yourself easily, then you can give that to others without attachment. Make today a ‘Me-ology’ day, after all, it is the New Moon in Taurus and planting seeds of self-worth is on the agenda. Happy New Moon and You.
Ain’t no mountain high enough, ain’t no valley low enough, to kee me from me…

Mantra: I want to easily feel self-worth in every area of my life.

“I think everybody’s weird. We should all celebrate our individuality and not be embarrassed or ashamed of it.”

Mental Cleanse

We all do it, it is a part of who we are; we entertain those self-doubting conversations that show up when they are not invited.

We work out to keep our bodies fit, choose healthy foods for health and energy. We must do mental house cleaning daily as well to maintain a healthy sense of self.

Don’t let the voices in your head have a say so over you unless it is for your highest evolution and you know exactly what that feels like because it puts a smile in your heart.♥️

Mantra: Today I shall Stay connected to myself and hear my truth—the whole, messy, amazing truth, then I shall take out the trash.

Some days the voices telling her what she couldn’t do were louder than the voices encouraging her. But, she was determined not to let negativity dictate how she thought about herself . . . So she took out the trash. ~Queen of your own lif

ships don't sink
Ships Ahoy!
The difference between the ‘haves’ and the ‘have-nots’ is simple……….one thought.
Keep things in perspective, everything changes, everything passes.
The strength is in you. You are the only one who can give permission to come aboard.
Entertain those tiny voices that try to drown you, then send them on their way.
Mantra: I embody what matters most to me.
“It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.”

Honor Ourselves

As William Shakespeare famously wrote, “Nothing is either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”

Without an interior foundation of self-love, self-care, self-acceptance; you can dress up the exterior body, tell yourself wanna be stories and look for love in all the right places, but if you don’t accept yourself fully other relationships are just as inauthentic.

Mantra: I follow my own beautiful flow as I open my heart to a wider embrace. 😍

“To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.” ~Thich Nhat Hanh

being you

The many wonders of YOU!

We are so busy wanting others to accept us that we forget to recognize ourselves. We can get wrapped up in another’s perception of us.

The idea of loving and accepting ourselves often seems cliché. I even roll my eyes when I hear it sometimes. When I feel myself going into the roll, I think to myself, “why is it so hard to accept that?” “What does that even look like?” and how much do I love myself on the self-love radar?

We are good at finding our faults fast, and we are good at feeding them. But when it comes to giving ourselves the love and attention we need, we sometimes fall short and feel it is egotistic even to think we can love ourselves, put ourselves first and allow for ALL the emotions to be ok; not define who we are with all our negative conversations rolling around in our minds.

Self-love is different for everyone, there is no one way to nurture, love and accept ourselves. I believe it is when you feel amazing love within your heart for life, people and where you are at, is a good start. Let’s give the monkey mind a break and bathe our heart mind with loving thoughts and discover the beauty about ourselves. 😍

“I accept myself for who I am and what I believe. It is not my responsibility for you to accept me.”

“You may be Right!”

We often believe in things we have not witnessed with our own eyes, felt in our hearts or heard it straight from the source that ‘actually’ said it.

We have heard rumors and stories, and we make assumptions based on another’s perception of what they saw, heard or believe to be truth.

What happens when we let others shape our judgment with their perspective without actually forming our own opinions?

We hand ourselves over to another’s way of perceiving life and begin doubting ourselves, even if our heart-mind is telling us something different. It is crazy how much we allow the things we hear to become the truth.

The next time you hear something, just listen and say, “You may be right.” End of story.

Until you feel it, see it, and form your opinion, it is just hearsay, gossip, rumors or a bad connection. Hang-up and make the call yourself.

Mantra: I am present to the power of my heart-mind.’
