“Free your body. Don’t ruminate and agonize about it. Do it simply and easily. LOVE YOUR BODY!

Be brave and forceful, gentle and graceful. Free your sublimely imperfect, riotously intelligent body. Allow it to be itself in all of its mysterious glory. Love your body exactly as it is.

Praise your body. Thank your body. Tell it you adore its uncanny majesty . . . you yearn to learn more of its secrets . . . you promise to treat it as your beloved ally.

Be in love with your body, no shame, no apology. Be in awe of your body’s unfathomable power to endlessly carry out the millions of chemical reactions that keep you alive and thriving.

How can you not be overwhelmed with reverence for your hungry, curious, resourceful, unpredictable body?

Study your body’s magic. Exult in the blessings it bestows on you. Celebrate and hone its fierce animal elegance.” Rob Brezsny

Mantra: I am exactly as I am. Life comes and goes, and I am. I am a Masterpiece.

Let it all flow...

Be like the river and flow over the unexpected debris in life. Relax, and you won’t drown or be broken when you hit the obstacles in life. ♥

As long as you’re open, letting the love flow and directing your Light out, you are receiving and giving of Baraka, the Holy Spirit, the Light, and Sound. You are an instrument of Light. The Spirit uses you to bring Light into this physical realm, and it radiates from you to all others on this level.

One You!

Nurture the internal roots of your existence. The seeds you plant within your mind become the fertilizer of your becoming. Take care of yourself with a spirited honor to protect, believe and love yourself just as you are. There is only be one you in the garden of life.

Mantra: I am ready, willing, and able to accept myself exactly as I am.

“The core of your
true self
is never lost.
Let go of all the
pretending and
the becoming
you’ve done just
to belong.
Curl up with your
rawness and come home.
You don’t have to
find yourself;
you just have to
let yourself in.”

The many wonders of YOU!

We are so busy wanting others to accept us that we forget to recognize ourselves. We can get wrapped up in another’s perception of us.

The idea of loving and accepting ourselves often seems cliché. I even roll my eyes when I hear it sometimes. When I feel myself going into the roll, I think to myself, “why is it so hard to accept that?” “What does that even look like?” and how much do I love myself on the self-love radar?

We are good at finding our faults fast, and we are good at feeding them. But when it comes to giving ourselves the love and attention we need, we sometimes fall short and feel it is egotistic even to think we can love ourselves, put ourselves first and allow for ALL the emotions to be ok; not define who we are with all our negative conversations rolling around in our minds.

Self-love is different for everyone, there is no one way to nurture, love and accept ourselves. I believe it is when you feel amazing love within your heart for life, people and where you are at, is a good start. Let’s give the monkey mind a break and bathe our heart mind with loving thoughts and discover the beauty about ourselves. 😍

“I accept myself for who I am and what I believe. It is not my responsibility for you to accept me.”

“I see you, I see me.”

Kindness and compassion are what we strive for in ourselves and for others. Life ‘pushes our buttons’ and we can get a little crazy, and in a “perfect world,” we might not react in anger or quick to judge. Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how you see it, button pushing is the perfect world. Many unexpected blessings arrive as a result of an unforeseen situation.

There are many reasons people from all walks of life drive us crazy, sometimes it is just the mere presence of them, or maybe their actions are offensive, or we are energetically having a bad day and are just irritated by the first person, place or thing that enters into our comfort zone.

Everyone has arrived at this moment from another part of history that is different from ours, that we might not understand. Whatever the case, we have all journeyed to this moment in time.

Self-love is about taking a step back when we are out of our comfort zone, take a deep breath and see ourselves in each situation. Whoever you encounter today act ‘as if’ you are greeting yourself. You are beautiful!

Mantra: I am safe to love and be loved. In fact, it is my divine mission.

“You have to participate relentlessly in the manifestation of your own blessings.”― Elizabeth Gilbert

” Oh, what a relief it is!”

Earth and all its inhabitants are so so beautiful and yet, with all its relentless propaganda it is enough to drive many of us bat shit crazy, doubt ourselves and push us to be and do things we are ‘not,’ for the sake of fitting in. With all its opinions on what to wear, how to look, where to eat, what to eat, what to believe, how to love, who to vote for, and the beat goes on and on and on. No wonder we lost our sense of wonder about who we are. We are so busy striking a pose somewhere on automatic pilot.

The whole point of self-love is to be free of the world’s curriculum of how we need to live. Helping others bring out their birthright beauty, truth, and badass one-of-A-kind persona is the best awareness to spread around, and we do that by allowing and embracing others to be who they are. Not by judging, not by telling them they are wrong, not by telling them the right way is. It is about embracing the freestyle they bring to the party.

Self-love is about having fun with yourself, owning and being ok with what you have; good sense, open-heart, and just flat out ability to wear yourself well.

The best outfit you can put on each day is your ‘humbleness suit’ and a smile. It soothes the soul immediately brings a peppy step to your swag.

The ‘tranquil ego’ is a major fashion statement and can be a beautiful trendsetter. Imagine walking about not getting emotionally agitated by the ebb and flow of life all the time. Oh, what a relief it is!

You are ONE Bodacious BadAss!.

RELENTLESS UNPRETENTIOUSNESS. Possessing a strong determination not to take yourself too seriously, not take your cherished beliefs too literally, and not take other people’s ideas about you too personally. Rob Brezsny/truth and beauty lab
