Be like the Moon!

The mind feeds the heart! The Sun feeds the earth and the Moon holds it all together and the human existence is your opportunity to Be undeniably YOU.
.
Today repeat this; I wear the crown of my own authority with dignity and grace. I AM beautiful inside and out!

“The moon does not fight. It attacks no one. It does not worry. It does not try to crush others. It keeps to its course, but by its very nature, it gently influences. What other body could pull an entire ocean from shore to shore? The moon is faithful to its nature and its power is never diminished.”

Surfs up…

I read a book many moons ago by Jon Kabat-Zinn, “Wherever you go, there you are.”

A walking meditation about tuning into yourself and surroundings…This can be a powerful way to live if you practice strolling through life mindfully, in an awareness that you don’t react to, but observe and get to know yourself better. Now that is a ‘mindful’ because we are strolling through this life lately very much distracted and not very conscious. I mean this with no disrespect either. It is just this wave of technology is taking over fast, but slowly under the minds radar.

As quoted by Jon Kabat-Zinn; “You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf .”

You wake up daily and realize you are all things; beautiful knowing all your scars, you are free knowing you have held yourself captive and that you could not feel love without loss. That faith is born out of disappointment and trust is learning to live without certainty. This is the way you get to feel more, not less for all that has happened will continue to happen through you, for you, and within you. That is what it means to be in a constant meditation to me. This incredible awareness that just allows me to accept life as it comes make adjustments as “I” see fit. So, I grab my surfboard and ride the wave of life.

Your life is vast like the ocean
The weather is perfect
You are the gifted surfer
Don’t miss the wave
The conditions are perfect.~ Dolby Dharma

“Mindful inquiry can heal low self-esteem, for the
simple reason that a low self-estimation is really a wrong calculation, a
misperception of reality.”~ Jon Kabat-Zinn

Love is Falling Down the Rabbit Hole…

“What is REAL?” the Velveteen Rabbit asked the Skin Horse one day. “Does it mean having things that buzz inside you and a stick-out handle?”

“Real isn’t how you are made,” said the Skin Horse. “It’s a thing that happens to you. When a child loves you for a long, long time, not just to play with, but REALLY loves you, then you become Real.

“Does it hurt?” asked the Velveteen Rabbit.

“Sometimes,” said the Skin Horse, for he was always truthful. “When you are Real you don’t mind being hurt.”

“It doesn’t happen all at once,” said the Skin Horse. “You become.
It takes a long time. That’s why it doesn’t often happen to people who break easily or have sharp edges, or who have to be carefully kept. Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out, and you get loose in your joints and very shabby. But these things don’t matter at all, because once you are Real, you can’t be ugly, except to people who don’t understand.
But once you are Real you can’t become unreal again. It lasts for always.”~by Margery Williams, The Velveteen Rabbit

Love is real…love is the strength…Love is a natural phenomenon…Love is a teacher…Love is a compass…Love just is…Love is undeniable, undefinable…Love is YOU…

Life, love, and people aren’t always comfortable or easy, but it’s an amazing ride towards the undeniable truth we all want-love.
Self-love, self-discovery is the entrance to the heart where all the shapeshifting happens. ~Dolby Dharma

Many Me’s.

Deep within, there are many facets to who you are.
Your sense of self is shaped by how others see you and how YOU choose to present yourself.

You are continuously changing yourself up to meet with different circumstances, and that can be great as long as you don’t lose the core sense of who your Heart-Self is; A unique expression of pure essential love. Believe that…

Never deny the sum parts of the whole self for they are ALL absolutely necessary in your evolution. Let no one define you in your moments of changing it up.
Your moments of self, are born out of curiosity and self-discovery to pave your way in this life.

YOU are an amazing, wondrous, unexplainable, marinated in this Divine life to perfection. Be YOU, Be your BadAss self, Be ALL of you. Never deny you the pleasure of your expansion.

Mantra: Speak out this reality for yourself today: I am beyond words, behind my thoughts of who I am. I AM a perfect chameleon always shape-shifting through life.

“I seem to have run in a great circle, and met myself again on the starting line.”

Mascarade Parade

Every time you layer yourself with another media mask
you move farther away from yourself, your soul and your true nature.

Layering up these days seems to be the ‘thing’ to do.
We alter ourselves to appear_______ whatever it is we want to show the world.

The media does a great job letting us think we are not “good enough” the way we were intended to be, and we buy into it, hell I have bought into it. When you know better, you know what to do.

We get so caught up in the mascarade of who we want others to think we are that we forget the truth of who we know ourselves to be.

Unfortunately knowing ourselves is no longer, that ship seems to have sailed a long time ago. I don’t even think we know who we are anymore, but we do have an idea of what we want others to know. It almost seems clonish, everyone believes they are unique but they ‘buy’ into the same system.

Why do we wear masks? Shame, guilt, we were told stories about ourselves that don’t resonate with us, so we reinvent ourselves to something we feel is more appealing, acceptable, and along the way, we lose ourselves.

It is time to take back our lives and love ourselves as we are; soul filled energy wrapped up in the human body.

Let’s drop the masks, and get rid of the false images we created to be loved, accepted, revered, etc.

Be a lamp unto yourself. Be your own confidence. Hold to the truth within yourself, as to the only truth.-The Buddha

“NOT UNTIL I MET YOU

Not until I felt your sunshine,
Did I realize that I had been in the shade.
Not until I saw all your colors,
Did I realize that mine had faded.
Not until I heard your dreams,
Did I realize that I was still sleeping.
And not until I experienced my life with you,
Did I realize that I was barely
Breathing.”
