Loving-kindness

Embrace your heart and your BEing in the highest regard no matter what life brings your way. There is NO escaping deliveries. Something uncomfortable will show up. Lean into yourself with compassion.

Drop the storylines that you have created for yourself that are NOT serving your highest good, and love yourself just as you are.
