ResistancE is FertilE

Imagine that, a personal revolution resulting in self-sustainability in the presence of being aware of what you are pushing against. A ‘mindful’ for sure.

If you keep in mind the ripeness of fertility, the opportunity it holds for you and the qualities it encompasses, you may find you meet your next challenging encounter with an open heart and gratitude.

Just for today, notice, what you are pushing against. What you reject just might be that golden opportunity you have been waiting for to discover yourself more.

Mantra: Find connections in the resistance; I am soft and pliable in the hands of life.

“Most of us have two lives. The life we live, and the unlived life within us. Between the two stands Resistance.”

What’s for breakfast?

Wake up, feed your mind the breakfast of champions; That today is going to be a good day! That you are amazing, empowered and loved.

Image result for feed the mind positive thoughts

And when the crazy making thoughts, such as fear, self-doubt, problems arise, change them up for the moment.

Don’t believe everything you think especially the thoughts that don’t serve YOU or you will be a slave to the mind of fearful thinking. Thoughts come and go like the clouds in the skies. Fixated thoughts about yourself, life and others can keep you a prisoner. You always have the key to your freedom by changing the channel in your head. No one said it will be easy, but it is possible, try it next time your mind gets stuck on repeat.

Feel the joy, feel the love, feel yourself evolving.

I discovered that when I believed my thoughts, I suffered, but that when I didn’t believe them, I didn’t suffer, and that this applies to every human being. Freedom is as simple as that. I found that suffering is optional. I found a joy within me that has never disappeared, not for a single moment. That joy is in everyone, always.” —Byron Katie

Jumping for Joydom.

Exhale everything that weighs you down. Today is Liberation day!
Surround yourself with people, places, and things that resonate with your being. Invite relationships and friendships that bring out the best in you and let the rest go.

As you feel lighter and brighter, so does your environment and all its inhabitants. It’s a sunshiny soul day!

Mantra: I breathe out in a deliberate manner

Observe yourself, identify all that is not part of you. Then be ruthless in letting those things go, simply by no longer participating in them. Release and disperse them.

What is left? The Soul. You.

There is no definite benefit in undermining yourself. Today is election day, and I have watched all the crazy making, haters, opinionators come across my timeline for months. What a waste of time all this bickering and believing things they don’t even know the depths of, no one does. It’s all propaganda at best!

So many people are up in arms over this election, not so much about an ‘election,’ that comes around every four years, but who is running and who people are voting for. The fights and unfriending that is going on are off the charts and mind boggling to me, it is childish and reminds me of Junior High School haters club.

What happened to ‘ALLOWING’ others to believe, do and say what they want without someone jumping down their throats, as if, their happiness and satisfaction is contingent upon another agreeing?

Today is about ‘YOUR FREEDOM’ and ‘YOUR’ right to ‘CHOOSE’ to vote, or not vote. Don’t ever allow other people’s opinions define who you are. Life is not about either or, life is about Life, liberty and the pursuit of your independence. Dolby Dharma

“Don’t let the expectations and opinions of other people affect your decisions. It’s your life, not theirs. Do what matters most to you; do what makes you feel alive and happy. Don’t let the expectations and ideas of others limit who you are. If you let others tell you who you are, you are living their reality — not yours. There is more to life than pleasing people. There is much more to life than following others’ prescribed path. There is so much more to life than what you experience right now. You need to decide who you are for yourself. Become a whole being. Adventure.” ― Roy T. Bennett

We are up against some major changing times, a revolution. Now is the time to claim yourself, to trust in yourself to make decisions you know are right for you, not the one someone THINKS is the; right; choice, but a decision to choose your way.

With all the voting hoopla, there is a lot of people screaming their choosing of what to vote on or who to vote for this election. They are also telling you that if you don’t vote you are making poor decisions. NOT TRUE, maybe for them it is an unfortunate decision not to vote, but they are NOT you. The time is now, the perfect opportunity to be bold, and take a stand in YOUR truth whether you vote or not, or any other choices you make for yourself in this life.

What a privilege it is to exercise your freedom to choose; to be courageous and free. By Giving yourself permission to be free, in turn; you allows other’s that same privilege. No greater freedom.

Robert Frost quotes, “Freedom lies in being bold.” No truer words were spoken, being bold is risky. Standing in YOUR truth comes with a price, but the price you pay for conforming is the death of self. You just handed yourself over to someone else’s dream.

Free yourself from the internal constraints of someone else’s idea of what is ‘right and wrong,’ trust yourself even if it includes Mis-Takes.

Awareness of who you are and what you do is the only way to know yourself apart from the collective consciousness. Peace out!

Freedom is not merely the opportunity to do as one pleases; neither is it merely the opportunity to choose between set alternatives. Freedom is, first of all, the chance to formulate the available choices, to argue over them — and then, the opportunity to choose.
C. Wright Mills

This quote is great because it crushes expectations about who we should be or how we should act, and empowers us to make our choices of change and adjust our lives as often as we see fit.

Shapeshifting is our birthright, and sometimes people try to take that away, not because they are mean-spirited, but because change can be scary for some and they have rule books and want to pass on their ‘Rule Wisdom’.

If we show up different, don’t follow the crowd that can be scary especially when it is with our close friends and family who think they know us or knows what is best for us, after all, they believe that they have us all figured out.

If you decide to act, be or say something out of the ordinary, you Just might ruffle up a few feathers. Some people, not all, like us to remain the same, because if we change from what they are used to, they might be forced to look at themselves, so better to keep the status quo in their mind’s eye.

Fresh starts, changing things up is our personal freedom to pledge allegiance to ourselves. To know that we can take a right turn, a left turn, and take ownership of our changes, or just reinvent ourselves because we can.Dolby Dubrow

When people say “You have changed,” take it as a compliment, because that means that you have embraced the beautiful quality of life that is evolution.~ Anna Bilan

What happens when we change things about ourselves? We all evolve for many reasons; choice, circumstances, and unexplainable energies that creep in and cause us to what to make a shift in our lives that might make us different, unsteady or even unrecognizable.
Change can be gradual, or sudden. While we are changing things up about ourselves or our way of being, we can appear wishy-washy to self and others. The people around us, including ourselves, like the familiar. As we are shapeshifting the old way of doing or being, we might also change our opinions, contradict ourselves occasionally and appear inconsistent with our actions and or beliefs.
Personally, for me, when I decided to give up a recreational hobby I shared with many peeps, I personally witnessed how uncomfortable change can be within my circle of friends and family. Just do something different, or don’t go along with an old behavior and immediately, someone is letting you know they think it is ridiculous, or you can’t do this, or they question your intentions for the change.
Maybe my change caused them to look at their own behaviors, no matter what the reason was for my decision to be different or the amount of heat I was getting, the change was uncomfortable for a while. The toughest part of my choice change was believing I could do this against all the odds, and not falling into the consistency trap; I did it yesterday. ‘Therefore I shall do it today,’ without caving into the pressure of other people’s judgments of me.
It is up to you to stand in YOUR truth, freedom, and way of being in spite of the oppositions that come your way.
The is the biggest challenge in life is beating to the heart of your spirit; your individually is your gift to yourself, you can say and do things that appear completely off the beaten path and still be ‘Right On’! Because YOUR path or YOUR change is contained within you and nobody knows the depths of your humanness. You are an emerging bEing that can change your views, opinions, ideas, and beliefs at will and as frequently as you desire.
You don’t need permission to BE who you are or what you want to evolve into; change, callings, and the inconsistencies ‘whisper’ to us all the time. Don’t Let the fear of other people’s judgments, opinions, and ridicule instill fear into your heart. Life is a constant crossroad. Whichever road YOU choose, you are on a path of self-discovery.  😉
“How would your life be different if…You stopped allowing other people to dilute or poison your day with their words or opinions? Let today be the day…You stand strong in the truth of your beauty and journey through your day without attachment to the validation of others.”
― Steve Maraboli, Life, the Truth, and Being Free
