Give but DON”T Allow

Just a few tips to make your day great!

REminders are great REmembrances. All the love, kindness, joy, experiences are always within us.

We are clouded by the external negative news that we forget our own power to choose ourselves first, that we know what is best for us. So together let us REmember that, no time like this moment in time. Dolby Dharma

Speak out this affirmation for yourself today: I trust my first intuition. I know it’s right for me.

Every moment is the most important moment of your life.
No future time is better than now to let down your guard and love.
Everything you do right now ripples outward and affects everyone.
Your posture can shine your heart, or transmit anxiety.
Your breath can radiate love, or muddy the room in depression.
Your glance can awaken joy. Your words can inspire freedom.
Your every act can open hearts and minds.
Opening from the heart to all, you live as a gift to all.
In every moment, you are either opening or closing.

Right now, you are choosing to open and give fully, or you are waiting?
~ Leave it on the field-Johnathan

Unexpected Dawn

Life has a way of changing things up without our permission. There are so many events that take place that we did not plan for. What can make it difficult to navigate when the Unexpected hits us; is not feeling grounded within, you know, that internal tightrope that keeps us steady in times of great changes.

Take many moments out of your day to affirm your strengths and self-love. That is the best way to feed your internal resources when the unexpected arrives, and it will.

Mantra: I trust my own internal compass to lead the way all the while loving myself more. Dolby Dharma

“A day will come when you will be stirred by unexpected events. A part of you will die, and you will begin to search for the elixir to bring this part of you back to life.

You will seek this elixir in friends, lovers, enemies, books, religions, foreign countries, heroes, songs, rituals, and jobs. But no matter where you look, the treasure will evade you.

All will seem lost. You will lose all hope that this magic potion even exists. It will be the darkest of nights, and the promise of certain death will lead you to the abyss of despair.

But, staring into this abyss, you will begin to see the dim light of your own illumined soul.Your radiance will transform the abyss itself into the elusive elixir of life. And for the first time, you will realize that all the while . . . It was your own Light that you were searching for.”

– Invocation from Daily Love: Growing into Grace, by Mastin Kipp

Go home to the only body you have ever known. The body that carries you step by step, the one who holds your secrets and your successes, the one body that holds your love, your anger, your sadness. Go home to the one place you can’t run from. The one place you can’t hide.

Listen to your heart. It’s calling. It’s time. Make your way home.

“I want a home. I want a home inside myself. Built with my hands and love, with my determination and perseverance.” Courtney Kimberly Quinlan Michelle Bakker

The Soul attempts to gain experience anyway it can. It will attempt to use every medium to observe, to identify, to experience. But it may get lost in that experiencing. If you have been caught up in the facsimile, through reading, through film, through “hero worship,” or whatever, it may take some time for you to step free of those patterns and feel the freedom of your Self-coming forward. -John-Roger, DSS

Living in the wake of yesterday’s thoughts clouds the sunshiny day of you today.

What you did or did not do can steal opportunities of what you can do and become right here, right now.

There are no rules, just old conditioning that holds you back.

Take one small step towards honoring yourself, one moment at a time. Take advantage of reinventing yourself each day, it makes for a more exciting life, and you get to meet yourself over and over again. Nothing is set in stone with the exception of transition. Life is good! Take advantage of it now…Dolby Dharma

Mantra: I make space for what matters most; BEing present to my life today.

When I’m in my center, my innermost core,
Completely relaxed, needing no more,
I connect with the Mother who gave birth to it all,
As in the silence, I hear her call. ~Kaypacha Lescher

Open deeply

Mind blown
Heart open
Mind reinstated
Mind blown
Heart opened
Heart reinstated
You are not your feelings, and you are not your thoughts
Rest in space.
This is where you find contentment, wisdom, comfort and openness.
The Nothingness sees, feels, and hears everything.
This is the self.
This is the wherewithal.
This is the ultimate freedom.

Mantra: I open myself to deeper intimacy.

“The practice of Zen is forgetting the self in the act of uniting with something.” – Koun Yamada

“Guru within.”

Freedom comes from releasing the stored up energy that no longer is nourishing the essence of our heart mind.
Release the blockage and open up for expansion.

Each breath is a reminder of your life, your power and your will to open up to yourself. Find the strength, dedication, and motivation within yourself to begin again and again. Seize yourself once again.

Our thirst for energy, love, and acceptance is a delusion.

We think we will be able to satisfy our hearts from events, things, or others.

But the life that flows and awakens within us only happens when we are able to cup our hands into the river that is flowing within us.

Mantra: I quench my thirst from the life-force from within.

“Drink from the well of yourself and begin again.” **Charles Bukowski
