The Buddha taught that your true nature is emptiness and when this true nature is realized, the Divine states of loving-kindness, compassion, empathetic joy, and equanimity emerge. Dharma Wisdom

Today; I am perfectly in tune with my own highest knowing.

When we accept our own wild beauty, it is put into perspective, and we are no longer poignantly aware of it anymore, but neither would we forsake it or disclaim it either. Does a wolf know how beautiful she is when she leaps? Does a feline know what beautiful shapes she makes when she sits? Is a bird awed by the sound it hears when it snaps open its wings? Learning from them, we just act in our own true way and do not draw back from or hide our natural beauty. Like the creatures, we just are, and it is right.~Clarissa Pinkola Estes

Allow yourself space

It is a path for us to bring about more compassion, more love for self and others and a way that we can live each moment of our lives profoundly and with passion.

Each day practice being kind and gentle with yourself. With each step, each thought awakens to an awareness that fuels your existence for BEing. Just feel what it feels like on your best day ever and go with that.
Best day ever feelings serve us and others in ways that create miracles. Try it.

Today trust the power of your heart-mind.  Dolby Dharma 📿

Living in mindfulness is like living in high-resolution. Suddenly we’re awake to the hyper-connectivity of everything. And we realize that we are not alone and that everything we do, no matter how small, has meaning and purpose. It’s part of the song of life. Geoff Oliver Bugbee

What are you saying and thinking right now?

Be mindful of how you speak to yourself and everyone around you.

YOU are POWERFUL even if you don’t believe you are.

A reminder to remember that our words our wishes, dreams, and desires do come true, you are always right, and you are always wrong.

I see it all the time; someone spouting off about negative shit, it comes true, and they say; “see I told you it would happen.” Yes, you are right. 😉

Thoughts are powerful, words are like baseball bats, you can hit a home run every time with word choices.

Whatever your prediction is, remember the more you feed ‘it,’ belief in ‘it’ declare ‘it’ that action becomes your wishes fulfilled.

Try the experiment yourself if you don’t believe in YOUR power. I have, and I can tell you it floors me every time.

Today allow your heart to be pierced to the depths of your desires!

Reality is a projection of your thoughts or the things you habitually think about.

I am at peace in my own heart.

Always, stay your course with inner heart-mind. Know your heart, love your heart and listen to your heart when it comes to matters of you.

People will always have their view of things, and then there is YOUR view. Yours is the only one that counts everything else can be taken into consideration.

People will try their best to change you to fit their needs, views, wants, and desires, it’s human nature.
Their mission in life to show you your awareness of yourself.

People either stir you or sooth you depending on what you believe about yourself.

“Surround yourself with people who empower you to become more of YOU.”

Today, say out loud; “I am always treated with love, respect, and consideration.”

“a person is a fluid process, not a fixed and static entity; a flowing river of change, not a block of solid material; a continually changing constellation of potentialities, not a fixed quantity of traits.”

Happy Thanksgiving Gratefilled Hearts!

Thanksgiving is a broadcasted day for America, and that means lots of movement in the air; people traveling and gathering to meet and greet people they have not seen in a while and share food, drink, and conversation. It’s a BIG day!

For some, it can be a very stress-filled time of year.
Going places they might feel obligated to attend, maybe this is their first time missing someone who has past, or it just can be all the prepping for the BIG celebration. No matter what the stress is we can release it, but it takes some awareness and practice on our part.

Whatever it is let’s practice some loving-kindness; first for ourselves and then to everyone else. Gratitude is a practice; if you can remember that, you are ahead of the game of life.

My life is abundant.
I have all that I need.
I am grateful for all the good in my life.
I appreciate each moment as if I had chosen it.
I am grateful.

Just saying this words to yourself throughout the day can and will shift the energy and turn mayhem into miracles.

See how powerful YOU are?

Nobody does it better just remember that.

When I am somewhere with irritating situations, I turn it into a game that I win, and the situation or person is a winner too. Peace trumps everything. Gratitude is the giver of life.

Bringing the feeling of gratitude and appreciation to the present will only manifest more of the same.

Today, I take a deep breath, pause and give thanks that I CAN and Want to be Grateful to everyone, as they contribute someway to my aMaZing life.

Everyone have a FunTabuLous Turkey Day! Dolby Dharma

Meister Eckhart
“If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.”

New Moon Blessings for a New You

A little journal exercises to do this AM; write out your New Moon wishes, hopes, and dreams. Be very clear about what it is you want to bring forward because the energy is filled with force.

This dominant New M🌑🌑N is quite intense and is willing to give.
You know the saying; be careful what you wish for, you just might get it and then some.

On this Scorpio Moon go outside as much as possible and be with the Earth, nature is quite healing and is always abundant. LQQk up in the big sky and embrace what is above is so below.

Scorpio is Earthly on a deep spiritual plain, and it is a natural healing source that only you can tap into; those who acknowledge it and those who are open to receiving and of course, those who don’t know, believe or could care less get the benefits too. LOL

YOU are intuitive, listen and feed the energies within. Scorpio is a psychic/intuitive sign, and we all benefit from its presence today.

Honor Mother Earth, honor yourself and honor the breath of life.

The Sun and Moon (the New Moon), are in Scorpio WHOA!
Can I get an “AHA” on that one?

Remember that a New Moon is an opportunity to begin a new cycle, a fresh start. This New Moon is about putting YOU into action.
It starts with the magical YOU!

Today stand in your authentic resonance and say out loud or to yourself; “I AM.”

Make a wish and watch it come true. 🙏😎

Rituals and Ceremonies

Rituals can be an essential contribution to self-care.
When we focus on a specific ceremony it becomes a repetition that provides us with a reminder to make space for yourself.
Creating space gives us a sense of empowerment over our lives and allows us to go within and check in on ourselves bringing us into the moment.

Everything we do is sacred. Think about it, our breath, our presence, how we express our emotions, all things we do as a human are sacred rituals. Most of these are automatic and reactive.

The ceremonies I am talking about our the ‘conscious’ ones that we deliberately create to give ourselves the love, self-care that seems to get put on the back burner. We are either too busy and/or distracted; hence, we forget how important it is to create space for ourselves, which can result in a breakdown or breakthrough depending on how present we are to ourselves.

An example of a ritual that most of us do is celebrate our birthdays once a year or New Years.
Truth is we need more sacred space, not just birthdays or other main events.

Rituals give us a way to release, end or begin something new. It allows us to put our desires, wishes, dreams into action actively. It makes the everyday life special, and it creates dimension, layers, depth, and distinction to whatever it is we are co-creating with during our ceremonies. Setting up some quality time for ourselves is a ritual in itself.

What sacred rituals or ceremonies do you perform to honor the wholeness that you are?

Today Start with what matters most…YOU! Dolby Dharma

“The smudging ceremony is a custom of Native American and other indigenous cultures. For centuries many cultures have used smudging as a way to create a cleansing smoke bath that is used to purify the body, aura, energy, ceremonial/ritual space or any other space and personal articles. Smudging is performed to remove negative energy as well as for centering and healing. Our bodies and environments are not only physical but vibrate with invisible, silent energy. “~powwow-power.
