Shifting the Focus.

The struggle is the focus most of the time. We all have those obsessive thoughts that just won’t go away. We torture ourselves with our internal dialogue beating ourselves up for shit that is not going our way. Constantly in judgment about our lives.

What we focus on really does manifests itself in life. We like to say it is other external forces that made ‘IT’ happen, but the truth is we are co-creating with the energy of life, and we vibrate with that which the focus is on. Good news, as long as we are breathing, we can begin again. We can create a shift.

What can we do?

Shit the focus; practice making one or as many as you can handle positive affirmations about yourself each morning, say; I love and accept myself, or you can simply say; I am at peace, I feel good about myself.
I got this day. I am in the balance of my life. These are just a few affirmations to start to shift the focus and create a vibrational change.

Baby steps, baby! That is how change begins. Let nothing disturb you.

Today I remember that I am a WARRIOR. I can achieve that in which I believe. My confidence overpowers my self-doubt.

Guardian on duty!

The best part of waking-up is shedding what no longer serves you or nourishing your life. Waking up is something we do daily without thinking about it but the kind of waking up I am referring to is an internal consciousness that brings clarity about to what matters. What or who is running your life.

The answer always comes back to YOU.

You are important and cannot be defined by another other than yourself. You cannot be denied by another, only you can deny yourself.

Right now; Visualize a single line of energy running through your body from head to toe. And, act in this alignment. You are untouchable.

Love comes your way when you get out of your own way!

Think about how you unknowingly hold yourself outside of love.

Throughout the day love works its magic and presents itself, and sometimes we just don’t feel it. If we don’t’ understand what it means to love ourselves, it is effortless to miss the loving opportunities that come our way daily.

Say yes, to yourself more often than not; feel your love feel your joy, and trust yourself more… all equate to self-love.

HOLD ON…

You are love, embrace that truth it is pretty much the only authentic available emotion we can depend on…Our true nature; a wellspring of abiding love. Claim your Divine light of self-love. You are the reason, the season and the joy of life!

Your mission should you choose to accept it; Love yourself more!

Inner Retreat!

Have you even just put yourself in Child’s Pose AKA Balasana (bah-LAHS-uh-nuh). This pose is a common beginner’s yoga pose. It is often used as a resting position in between more challenging poses during a yoga practice. Try it sometimes; it is a feeling that cradles your entire being in pure comfort and love. For me it is a sacred space where I can feel my breath, feel my emotions and feel my physical body. I feel swaddled like a new born. I feel safe. It is a posture of prayer and devotion.

The next time you are feeling sad, stressed, anxious, unloved; take a moment to nurture your worthy self, make this a daily ritual for a few moments in the AM to set your intention for the day.

Everything you need is within the comfort of your inner-child, just ask it what it wants.

Experience the many benefits of this posture; opens the back door to your heart, Childs pose stretches your muscles, tendons, and ligaments in the legs that carry you onward and forward.

Most self-discovered feelings come from that moment you stop, listen and realize what matters in life; Self-love, self-care, and self-discovery.

Mantra: I embrace my inner fortitude. I open to all creation.
