Life is in session NOW.

Let go each day of everything you think you know about yourself and just BE without judgments, without agenda, and without a plan. This allows for new visions and understanding of what it means to self-realize; a deeper understanding that has no ego, or ID attached to it.

This letting go brings in peace, inner joy, understanding and nonidentifying through the labels and judgments by others and ourselves. Your immense presence is as simple as gazing up into the open dark skies that shine the light for everyone’s benefit without agenda only to express its unnamed gifts.

Who you are is beyond any temporary ID. Your true unrealized nature is expansive, unidentifiable you are more than the name, title or any belongings you have acquired in this life. Your opportunities are to empty yourself of yourself to realize you are much more than what is happening now.

The next time someone asks you, or you ask yourself, “who am I?” The answer, “I AM awake.” Dolby Dharma 🕉️☪️☮️❣️

A quote from Swami Rama (“The Art of Joyful Living”) “There is only one real book to study and learn from— the greatest of all books—and that is the very manuscript that you, yourself, are.”

“Your own Self-realization is the greatest service you can render the world.” ~ Ramana Maharsh

Beyond my thoughts and feelings, there is a perfect unfolding of my life. With each breath, I am that life. I am unfolding into myself. Surrendering the excess; the past, the history the untruths.

Finding my strength, transforming the inwardness of my being.

I trust my own voice, my inner world, not the good opinions of lovers, friends, or the world as a whole.

A deeper knowing engulfs my outrageous self; I am free, I take risks I am living my untold story as I unfold letting go with each exhale.

I surrender to my life, I surrender to my fears, I surrender to my imperfections, and I surrender to my heart. I gain strength, wisdom and myself, as I transform my awareness, trusting the journey of my untold life. ~Dolby Dharma

Surrender can be likened to making the leap and just let go
with a sense of calm resolve that you will safely land as intended.

Open deeply

Mind blown

Mind blown

You are not your feelings, and you are not your thoughts
Rest in space.
This is where you find contentment, wisdom, comfort and openness.
The Nothingness sees, feels, and hears everything.
This is the self.
This is the wherewithal.
This is the ultimate freedom.

Mantra: I open myself to deeper intimacy.

“Let it Ride”

Day Twenty-Two of the Self-love 31-day 5-minute challenge: Expectations.

A “BIG energy” expectations; we all have them, and they can rule over us if we let them. I believe the only way to avoid the dark side of expectations is to learn how to ‘manage’ our anticipation of people, places, and situations. An unfortunate Challenge of having high hopes; it can and does prevent us from enjoying the experience altogether.

Therefore, let’s practice being open to life!

We are not going just to delete the idea of not having expectation(s), nor should we, having an idea, or wanting something in our lives and expecting it to turn out is natural, it gives us something to move towards. What causes the downside; is our attachment to the outcome. It can wallop us when we don’t get the desired result. Most of us have experienced great disappoint at some point in our life.

When we hold steadfast to our ideas about how things need to turn out, we can’t help but be disappointed, hurt and let down.

What can we do? We can practice having ‘less’ expectations, be open to more exploration, and trust the process, that life will throw us curve balls, people also what their way and situation don’t always turn out the way we want!

But that doesn’t and won’t always change our disappointment. But if we can practice adopting a free-flowing attitude, and a knowing, that things don’t always turn out the way we planned, we are meeting our expectations with an openness that allows us not to be so rigid and disappointed with our outcomes, but open to new opportunities.
This way of being affords us let judgments of ourselves and others.

There are amazing benefits practicing acceptance; most situations in our lives needs to be mindfully worked toward to set us free. Dolby Dharma

A long time ago, I almost drowned in a lake while on vaca. I am an excellent swimmer; I practically grew up in the water; pools and beaches were my refuges.

Everyone was on the shore relaxing, and I decided to go for a swim. The undercurrent was apparently quite strong as I drifted far out away from the shore without realizing it until I got tired and looked back.

I realized I was in trouble and started to panic, I yelled for help and attempted to swim back. The more I was going nowhere, the more anxiety and panic set in. No one on the shore could hear me yelling; some even waved to me thinking I was waving back at them, after all, they knew I could swim.

Something came over me like a gentle breeze, a whisper, “let go everything will be alright.” At that moment, I totally surrendered, stopped struggling, laid on my back, took deep breaths, relaxed and started to move my arms in a gentle backstroke towards the shore.

It was crazy how fast I ended up back to the shore effortlessly. That was a pivotal moment in my life for real. I swear, the Universal energy had my back, or it wasn’t my time.

The only thing that is a constant in life is we are continually met with change and challenges; some we like and other’s not so much. The key is to remain open, fluid and to stop struggling against the flow of life.

Surrendering to ‘what is,’ is a knowing that ‘it’ will work out. Releasing how it is going to work out is how we enter the energetic shapeshifting streams of life.

Having faith and trusting the process is how we stay connected to life’s vibrations and believing the magic of life is on its way to support and serve us for our highest good.

Just for today, let go and trust that you are being led and nurtured into the GREATEST expression of YOU! Be present in your heart, your highest self has your back.

Dolby Dharma

“Always say “yes” to the present moment. What could be more futile, more insane, than to create inner resistance to what already is? What could be more insane than to oppose life itself, which is now and always now? Surrender to what is. Say “yes” to life — and see how life suddenly starts working for you rather than against you.”
― Eckhart Tolle

I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You

If you can do one thing for ‘YOU,’ to set yourself free and any prisoners that might be captive in your heart because you felt betrayed, disrespected, lied to, and I am sure there are many more descriptive hurts and actions you can add to the list! Ho’oponopono Prayer is for you!

I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You

If you feel someone has done something to you, I am positive that others feel you have done something to them as well. It could be unbeknown to you, we don’t always get to know when our words and actions might harm someone, not everyone brings it to our attention, they just live with it, hold on to it or blow it off. Think of all the strangers you have encountered in your daily life that you have been irritated with for one reason or another. I know I have been annoyed when left on the phone forever and someone finally comes on only to switch me to someone else. That is just an example of how our behaviors to strangers do harm to ourselves (frustration) to them for doing their jobs. This prayer/mantra extends itself. You know the saying, “From your lips to Gods’ ears.”

I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You

This simple but POWERFUL ancient Hawaiian prayer/meditation is a practice of healing the heart, bringing reconciliation and forgiveness into balance for you and anyone that needs love and forgiveness.

I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You

We all have someone or something that has put us off and maybe we are holding onto to it because we need or want an apology or acknowledgment of some kind. Maybe we don’t know any better.
The truth is we can wait forever, so why not open your heart and take full responsibility for our healings and heal the wounded places within ourselves, and we can heal others as well.

I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You

We all benefit.

I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You

You don’t have to say the mantra to anyone in particular. Just by saying those words and evoking the spirit of love to heal our heavy hearts, changes the energy around you, in you, and extends outward to whomever’s heart needs healing and forgiveness, that is what we call a vibrational match.

I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You

We are responsible for how we feel, what we digest and how we eliminate the situations, people and things that cause us to suffer.

I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You

The bottom line, like it, or not ‘LOVING YOURSELF’ is the greatest way to improve yourself, and as you improve yourself, your life gets better and better.

I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You

A substantial way to let go!

I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You

The good news!

WE are always changing, evolving and expanding our hearts and minds, taking us on miraculous journeys that will change us forever.
