“Aha,” it’s that “wild world within.”

Each of us thinks thousands of thoughts each day, and those thoughts become our reality. We spin those thoughts as a hampster spins in his cage. Each of us has dominating mantra spinning around based on a lifetime of accumulated habits; which are ruled by our prejudices, by love, fear, greed, appetites, passions and our environment.

So it follows that what each of us manifests is subjective; based on our own world within, and our results in life vary. Harmony within will result in harmony without. Fear and lack thoughts within will result in a fearful life of lack.

Change is always in the air, and our beliefs are what drives those changes. It is time to begin prepping; out with old limiting thoughts and in with the new mantra’s to give us our birthrights.

We arrived into this world naked and free; without labels, prejudices, we came to be of pure heart-mind and live a beautiful life. That is what the journey is all about.

Take a moment and realize your magnificence.

Today shout out; “I am a master of each moment.”

“There is a world within – a world of thought and feeling and power: of light and life and beauty and, although invisible, its forces are mighty.”
Charles Haanel

Create Space for Self-Expression

Do something creative, and UNordinary for yourself today.

Self-care takes great courage, and it starts with accepting and loving yourself deservingly; allowing wonderment and creativity to enter and expand into your life.

Creativity helps you to BE expressed. Putting yourself and your desires on the todo ‘list of Life.’ When you are making choices and taking chances, it can only Enhance YOU.
It’s a ‘Doing.’ It is taking action and setting your creative juices in motion. Today is the day!

Being expressed, healed, and seen is a service to yourself as well as to humanity. A gift to the planets.

When we begin to heal, we become amended versions of ourselves.

When you are seen and heard and begin to witness yourself; your version of creativity, your truth and beauty radiate and affect everything and everyone around you.

And when you express, heal and shine, you help others to do the same. Be creative and joy-filled for no reason.

Love wholeheartedly, be surprised, give thanks and praise – then you will discover the fullness of your life. ~David Steindl

Rituals and Ceremonies

Rituals can be an essential contribution to self-care.
When we focus on a specific ceremony it becomes a repetition that provides us with a reminder to make space for yourself.
Creating space gives us a sense of empowerment over our lives and allows us to go within and check in on ourselves bringing us into the moment.

Everything we do is sacred. Think about it, our breath, our presence, how we express our emotions, all things we do as a human are sacred rituals. Most of these are automatic and reactive.

The ceremonies I am talking about our the ‘conscious’ ones that we deliberately create to give ourselves the love, self-care that seems to get put on the back burner. We are either too busy and/or distracted; hence, we forget how important it is to create space for ourselves, which can result in a breakdown or breakthrough depending on how present we are to ourselves.

An example of a ritual that most of us do is celebrate our birthdays once a year or New Years.
Truth is we need more sacred space, not just birthdays or other main events.

Rituals give us a way to release, end or begin something new. It allows us to put our desires, wishes, dreams into action actively. It makes the everyday life special, and it creates dimension, layers, depth, and distinction to whatever it is we are co-creating with during our ceremonies. Setting up some quality time for ourselves is a ritual in itself.

What sacred rituals or ceremonies do you perform to honor the wholeness that you are?

Today Start with what matters most…YOU! Dolby Dharma

“The smudging ceremony is a custom of Native American and other indigenous cultures. For centuries many cultures have used smudging as a way to create a cleansing smoke bath that is used to purify the body, aura, energy, ceremonial/ritual space or any other space and personal articles. Smudging is performed to remove negative energy as well as for centering and healing. Our bodies and environments are not only physical but vibrate with invisible, silent energy. “~powwow-power.

Wasted Time…

When you look back at your life, do you ruminate over the time you think you wasted or the energy you spent worrying about those who did not get you, or what you said or did not say or do?

I believe something else unforeseen happens for us even though it might feel otherwise contrary when we start that internal interrogation.

The wasted time is the opportunity to learn, grow and gain wisdom. The alone time is what that in-between state of lost time is, an opportunity to expand.

In life for all the things, people or places that we see as negative there is always a positive presence on the horizon waiting to show us who we are, waiting for the ‘AHA,’ now I get
it, or ‘WOW’ I did not know it would be so much better.

It appears we are all seeking something, feeling the need to be busy, accomplish this, that and the other; we are on the hunt for more money, love, happiness, healing, etc.

Without that ‘wasted time’ the ‘downtime’ how would we ever know ourselves at its deepest? That wasted time is the connection, the conduit to the vast mystery of energy that keeps things flowing.

The next time you are experiencing ‘wasted time,’ Chill out into that space and know that nothing is ever wasted except worrying about what you think you have lost. Lean into the void and know things are about to shift.

Today, I am at peace with everything I feel. Nothing is ever wasted.

The time you enjoy wasting was not wasted. – John Lennon

Shifting the Focus.

The struggle is the focus most of the time. We all have those obsessive thoughts that just won’t go away. We torture ourselves with our internal dialogue beating ourselves up for shit that is not going our way. Constantly in judgment about our lives.

What we focus on really does manifests itself in life. We like to say it is other external forces that made ‘IT’ happen, but the truth is we are co-creating with the energy of life, and we vibrate with that which the focus is on. Good news, as long as we are breathing, we can begin again. We can create a shift.

What can we do?

Shit the focus; practice making one or as many as you can handle positive affirmations about yourself each morning, say; I love and accept myself, or you can simply say; I am at peace, I feel good about myself.
I got this day. I am in the balance of my life. These are just a few affirmations to start to shift the focus and create a vibrational change.

Baby steps, baby! That is how change begins. Let nothing disturb you.

Today I remember that I am a WARRIOR. I can achieve that in which I believe. My confidence overpowers my self-doubt.
