Allow yourself space

It is a path for us to bring about more compassion, more love for self and others and a way that we can live each moment of our lives profoundly and with passion.

Each day practice being kind and gentle with yourself. With each step, each thought awakens to an awareness that fuels your existence for BEing. Just feel what it feels like on your best day ever and go with that.

Claim ticket…

Sometimes we just don’t we feel we are________.
Just know that you are always protected, nurtured, loved and admired just the way you are. It might not feel like it at times, but it is true. There is a higher power within waiting for you to claim these unseen energies.
Believe that truth and know it is so, that is the fuel for the heart-mind. That is your ticket to ride.

You are powerful…You create change…You are abundant at all times.

Reach into your heart and find the resources that you have stored within. You got this!

Today pour yourself into your heart and fill it up so that it flows with love first for yourself and then for others; act as if everything you do is going to be reflected right back at you.

I am at peace in my own heart.

Always, stay your course with inner heart-mind. Know your heart, love your heart and listen to your heart when it comes to matters of you.

People will always have their view of things, and then there is YOUR view. Yours is the only one that counts everything else can be taken into consideration.

People will try their best to change you to fit their needs, views, wants, and desires, it’s human nature.
Their mission in life to show you your awareness of yourself.

People either stir you or sooth you depending on what you believe about yourself.

What’s on your mind? Maybe it’s time to remodel.

Our internal dialogue is The Great Navigator of our lives.
The conversations we have with ourselves is what allows us to be, do, have the life we want or desire.
How many times do you step back from something you would love because your mind starts the devaluations?

Saying confirming statements like;
“I’m not good enough.”
“I think I’m too much.”
“I can’t do that.”
“I’m not worthy.”

It can be challenging the way we silence ourselves, the way we oppress ourselves and others. With the beliefs that they or we can’t have, be or do in life.

We also manage to get tangled up in co-dependent and/or toxic relationships that confirm our doubts about ourselves.
It’s is a vibrational match at times; what you are seeking is seeking you too.
This can be OH so crippling to the mind, body, and spirit with all the judgments rollin around in our heads.

What we tell ourselves could change the way we are in the world. Dolby Dharma

Here are a few suggestions that are taken from Mindbodygreen.
I then suggest that they change their self-talk to something like:
I am capable.
I know who I am and I am enough.
I choose to be present in all that I do.
I choose to think thoughts that serve me well.
I choose to reach for a better feeling.
I share my happiness with those around me.
My body is my vehicle in life; I choose to fill it with goodness.
I feel energetic and alive.
My life is unfolding beautifully.
I am confident.
I always observe before reacting.
I know with time and effort I can achieve.
I love challenges and what I learn from overcoming them.
Each step is taking me to where I want to be.

Your self-talk creates your reality. Is it time you rewired your brain and created new thoughts and habits to help bring you what you DO want as opposed to what you don’t want?

Speak kindly to yourself. You are listening, and so is the Energy around you.

My Obsession.

Being a fan is fun. We all have someone we admire, love and praise, because, they deserve it, right? Of course, they do and so do you.

They’ve done something extraordinary, made a difference, are blessed with good health. People, places and things are pretty in photos. Somehow, they make the world better. So you think… Forgetting you do too.

We focus on a particular object, person, or thought and reeled it into our lives. We give so much of ourselves going after this image of what we believe will bring us joy, love, peace, resolution, and completion that we lose the most important person…Ourselves. Have we forgotten how amazing we are?

What if you admired yourself just as much? In a healthy way of course…What if you become your most favorite fan? Spend a little time loving that inherent beauty instead of the one you feed outside of you.

Time to focus on the things that you are gifted with, your talents, your heart center, your health, etc. You are just as worthy of the happiness, love, and kindness. Be the star in your own life…You matter. you are worthy, be someone’s reason for feeling good because you feel it for yourself.

Just for a moment be open to the depths of your passion.

What idea, a way of being, grudge, feelings, guilt, shame etc. can you let go of today that will manifest a great change and lift you up?

We all have that to-do list in our heads that keep us stuck in the daily grind. We do the day-to-day on autopilot most of the time. The only way to lighten the load is to start cleaning up, letting go, of people, things, and thoughts that are doing no good but weighing us down, keeping us anchored to old habits.

Just for today, wake up and release one small ‘something’ that causes you a heavy, negative feelings; it can be a feeling, a routine or routine self-talk. Breathe into your heart and open up any emotional knots you feel with your own tender breath and let it all go even if it is only in your mind at the moment.

One day I changed because I wanted to.

What makes humanity fascinating is that we are different in our unique expression. Just look around at all the different cultures and see how they choose to represent themselves.

There are many types of people and personalities in life, and we choose to select traits, clothing, persona, and ways of being that we resonate with and then make them our own.
In a way they are our own, no two people wear the same thing alike. It’s a beautiful thing this change and freedom to be.

Our internal expression, how we feel about ourselves or what we give permission to is the driving force behind the adornments we wear or the persona we might adopt to show the world. The internal self-doesn’t lie.

Whatever it is that you choose to show up in; wear yourself well… Own it… Embrace it… And never allow anyone to tell you different.

It is just an opinion, not truth and most likely not yours.
While the advice of others can sometimes offer you more clarity, remember, people can only give suggestions that would be best for them and their own path. Ultimately you must come back to claim and give yourself permission to be the empowered co-creator of YOUR life expression to find your way to the decisions that best match you, your unique path, and your energetics.

Today I welcome my individuality, my unique expression and remind a friend to do the same. We are all exceptional in our way.

When you are nervous, you are not yourself. When you are self-conscious, you are not your true Self; you are afraid, there is a slight trembling inside because others are going to judge whether they appreciate you or not – fear has entered.
