Lessons learned.

With the adversities of our relationships, hopefully, we learn to trust and love ourselves deeply enough that the experience of those who admire us teach us to accept and love ourselves more and the ones who jumped ship and pushed against us taught us to love ourselves even more. The end result of the polar opposite of emotions is always the same. Love Love Love and then Love some more.

Mantra; I welcome all that arises in my world.

“Have you learned the lessons only of those who admired you, and were tender with you, and stood aside for you? Have you not learned great lessons from those who braced themselves against you, and disputed passage with you?”

The Beauty of YOU!

How often do you really look into the mirror and see the reflection of your soul permeating through your eyes?

Try it sometimes, if you look long enough you will like what you see. The beauty of an undeniable YOU.

Today, when looking for an answer, look into your eyes.

I’m looking at myself, reflections of my mind,
It’s just the kind of day to leave myself behind,
So gently swaying thru the fairy-land of love,
If you’ll just come with me and see the beauty of.

The Light is on, and YOU are Home.

The moment you start to do more for yourself, the more strength within you gathered within. The game of life just gets better.

When we do for ourselves, it is like giving others permission to take care of themselves too. That is the power of unconditional love.

The more connected you are with your thoughts and how it vibrates out; and actually, gives you what you want, the more connected you feel to your inner-power.

There is always a game changer within. You just have to vibrate with yourself. You are the only game in town.

Mantra: I open the door to my radiant self.

Living your integrity becomes the rule instead of the exception. It transforms the quality of your life. -John-Roger

“Rain with a Chance of Thunder Storms.”

“The roots grow deepest when the wind blows strongest….Denise Linn–Isn’t that the truth… We are always hanging onto something to survive our storms.

Right now I am navigating a turbulent storm; it is not the first, it certainly won’t be the last either, it is one more hurricane of many past.

I know these storms help me grow deeper and stronger wherever I may be standing in my life.

All my rooting and growing helps me from actually being blown away, these extreme weather conditions prepare me for other storms that have yet to come and will come.

Storms can leave scars for sure, but they also help us live amongst the unexpected forecast that is sure to touch down again. Some storms pass very quickly while others seem to go on for many days, even weeks. It can, and does take a toll on the body-mind.

I don’t like when the weather gets out of control it shakes the shit out of my soul, but what I do love after a storm is looking for the rainbow in the sky. It is the exhale, and the AHHHHHH that reminds me that, this too shall pass. I will grow stronger, have deeper roots, and this will afford my safe return to sunny skies.

Such weather experiences develop our character and deepen our spiritual roots. When we grow deep, we too, stand tall.

Deep in their roots, all flowers keep the light. – Theodore Roethke

Within each of us is an untapped source of strength and potential. Strength is a state of mind, and ‘outside sources’ are opportunities to strengthen our beliefs about what we can and cannot do. Strength is about change, moving inward and remaining open.

Never discount people, events and crazy signs that will help you connect to your untapped potential, inner strength, and the opportunity to open your heart.

Inner strength is NOT a ‘force’ or a ‘willing,’ it is a surrendering, a noticing, a flow. Be aware of the words and thoughts you express when you are faced with a situation that calls for you to be grounded, active and open.

Words like, ‘I can’t, or that is impossible.’ are hindering tools, they are reinforcers of the negative kind of strength you are wanting.
Open up your spiritual tool box and turn your ‘cant’s’ into ‘can,’ and the ‘impossible’ into ‘I AM possible.’ You are possible, powerful, and perfect!
May you bathe in your inner strengths Dolby Dharma

“When you open yourself to the continually changing, impermanent, dynamic nature of your own being and of reality, you increase your capacity to love and care about other people and your capacity to not be afraid. You’re able to keep your eyes open, your heart opens, and your mind open. And you notice when you get caught up in prejudice, bias, and aggression. You develop an enthusiasm for no longer watering those negative seeds, from now until the day you die. And, you begin to think of your life as offering endless opportunities to start to do things differently.”
― Pema Chödrön

I am PATIENT and have enormous STRENGTH with myself and others. Sometimes it’s within the pauses that the greatest revelations come about.
Find your balance when you step outside.
Everything you need to find strength is in the pause, that is where the hidden treasure of a new perspective can be found.
When you refocus, you gather clarity on what matters most at that moment. This helps you remember you have powerful strengths that can be immediately used.
Today is a great day. Go out and play and marvel at your skills!
The Mantra:  I improvise, I adapt, and I overcome. I have found the treasure within.
